Sake and Northswell Bock and Two Stouts!

Can't fuck with this

We weren't even brewing all three at the same time

Cooling down the bock

Sake

Free fridge from UCD dumpster

The stout the next day

Christmas 2010

Me and the family made tamales for Christmas, lots of them. Smart.

Roasted then shredded pork.

Can you say ceviche. It's like Chinese food cooked by a Hispanic

Thanksgiving Break 2010

My dad's last harvest.

Eggplant

Winter Melon

It's so big. (That's what she said)

Now my mom's doggy. He's a lot bigger now.

Beets Before

Beets After

Stockings of grain. Our sacks are going into some hot water.

Usually on brew days me and Max were food deficient; this day we were fucking ready.

Caramelized Sugar, those Belgians.

About 12 hours of brewing later we get these. Fat and inelegant, like a fat man with beer in his stomach.

Sunshine Ale Photodump

Our first brew being bottled. We outright skipped the secondary fermentation and ultimately had hop residue and a very cloudy appearance in the final product.

Priming sugar, check.

Entourage, check.

Fermented grains, check.

Sexy brewers, no checks :(

French guy, check.

Orange Ginger Thirst Quencher

Canada dry ginger ale and orange juice in a roughly 50:50 ratio or until the concoction doesn't taste like orange or ginger ale. It just tastes like crisp water.
I found this drink by mixing things together to quench a thirst caused by too much sodium nitrate in some food I ate.

Cheers!

Did This Just Happen?

I wish I could tell you all my good news. And I wish you could tell me all of your good news. Friends come and go but we, you, you're with me for life.

Thanks Mr. Homeless Man; I needed your love, even if you are gross. It's better to be gross outside than in; you can change your dirty clothes more easily than changing a deceitful ethos. Nonetheless, please bathe.
